CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit secures your time and is applied toward your total service cost. • You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit. • Rescheduling at any time is allowed with no penalty, and your deposit will carry over to the new appointment. • No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. If you request any add-ons or changes to your service after booking, your deposit may be adjusted to reflect 50% of the new total.
